The Big Red Shed

Hooray! Our shed is done (mostly)! Isn't it sweet! It just needs a couple more trim pieces, but it was starting to snow and it was freezing so we decided to wait for another day to finish it. Dustin built and designed it by himself. He got his brother to help too. Thanks Greg! It only took us 3 weekends to build it. And, as you can tell from the picture, it was finished just in time. I painted the whole thing almost all by myself-- Dustin helped a little and my awesome friend Carrie helped too. Thanks Carrie! Oh, an Jacob and Micah helped paint a bit too. We chose the colors of our favorite team! Go Utes! The lady at the paint store said it would only take one gallon of primer, but it ended up taking four! Luckily, after all that primer, we only needed a couple gallons of the paint. The shed is now holding our huge riding lawn mower, our new patio chairs, all the hoses, and a whole bunch of other stuff!
